Andrew R. Hersman, DVM

Dr. Hersman began his career in the field of environmental engineering. After five years in the industry, he realized that his true passion was in veterinary medicine. He graduated from Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2004 and finished an internship program at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in East Greenwich, RI. The internship provided an education on the latest treatment, surgical, and diagnostic option in veterinary medicine, with a concentrated effort in emergency and critical care. Dr. Hersman loves his job, but also has a passion for sports. He especially likes to play hockey and golf. He is a huge Red Sox fan, so be careful not to wear Yankee gear in his office!
